Voice Communication system provides bank's customers with the
ability to enquiry their accounts using normal touch-tone phone and hear a
voice response; banks also may use it to broadcast financial and marketing
messages. |

Hardware requirement is just one Personal Computer; Windows 95 and telephone
line. |

During working hours the system retrieves accounts information from host
computer in real time mode; otherwise from local personal computer after
downloading information from host computer. |

Account balance inquiry is built-in service; the following are the optional

- Further account details
- Check book request

Unique and encrypted customer's PIN number generated by the bank and
changeable by customer secures the system against unauthorized access. |
